The New Business Model for Design, Construction and Facilities Management INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE 18 APRIL 2007. On Wednesday 18 April 2007 at the RIBA in London attendees were able to see for themselves the progress being made by building owners, designers, regulators, fabricators and constructors, not only in Britain but throughout the whole of the developed world. Furthermore the business context was fully explored through evaluation of the bottom line benefits of smart working and the likely impact on the stock market value of companies. This day was designed for leaders in the professions, industry and government who want to secure faster, better, less expensive and more predictable results than can be achieved with traditional methods.
